We stress that not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone, and these risks should be considered by the individual prior. Our instruction and guidance is never intended to act as a substitute for licensed medical advice or professional counselling. 

MIKMILL and any affiliated sites offer health and fitness information which is designed for educational and exercise purposes only. Do not disregard advice from your primary care physician due to something suggested in a class, video, or read on our site. The use of any information provided including workouts on this site are solely at your own risk.

If you do not comply with these Terms & Conditions at any time, we reserve the right, if applicable, to terminate your password, user account, and/or access to MIKMILL (or any part thereof). In our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, we may discontinue, modify or alter any aspect of the offering, including services provided on MIKMILL in addition to termination policies applicable. You agree that any termination or cancellation of your access to, or use of MIKMILL may be effected without prior notice. If you do not abide by the provisions of these Terms & Conditions, you agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your user account and all related information and files in your user account and/or bar any further access to such information and/or files, or MIKMILL. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or cancellation of your access to, or use of our MIKMILL.

Account Renewal, Purchases and Cancellation:

The monthly packages on MIKMILL automatically renew at the end of their terms, and the class package (2 and 5) do not expire. The subscription renewal date will be the day following the end of your current subscription period, and will be billed against the credit card on file, unless updated prior to the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time, and you will retain access to the services offered until the term is complete. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability:

MIKMILL cannot warrant that we will operate error-free and that its server are free of viruses and or harmfull material. If your use of MIKMILL results in any unforeseen expenses, including but not only, equipment, mobile, data, internet, we will not be responsible for those costs or expenses. MIKMILL services are provided as is, and come with no warranties of any kind. We, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties rights, and the warranty of fitness and wellness for particular purpose. Although we strive to provide thorough and accurate materials on the site, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the material, services, software, text, graphics, and links. We do not make any warranties as to the result or outcome of using the site or properly following any instructions, recommendations or directions contained in the website material. Some provinces, states and/or countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Parental &/or Guardian Permission:

It is recommended that children between the ages of 13 and 18 ask for their parent’s or guardian’s permission before viewing or partaking in the content provided by MIKMILL.
