TODOS SANTOS
Baja California Sur, Mexico
February 12-17 | 2025
Todos Santos is a charming, picturesque town nestled on the Pacific side of the Baja California Peninsula, where the Sierra de Laguna mountains seamlessly blend into the desert and ocean. We are grateful to offer this retreat in such a magical place—one with a spiritual essence and an energy that truly inspires all who visit.
Our Soul-Driven Mission
Evolve Retreats was founded with the intention of helping you bring more fulfillment and clarity into your life. It’s so easy to get caught up in daily routines and lose sight of what truly matters. Our retreats are designed to help you reconnect with what lights you up and rediscover your purpose. We bring together a community of like-minded individuals to create meaningful connections, all while supporting your personal growth and self-reflection. We handle everything—from nourishing meals to beautiful venues and a balanced schedule that combines inner work with ample downtime. Through practices like yoga, meditation, journaling, workshops, and adventures, we offer a safe and nurturing space to explore who you are and who you have yet to become.
An experience that draws you inward.

Daily morning and evening yoga practices: Mikaela leads a 1.5-hour “Magic Morning” Vinyasa flow that blends breathwork, meditation, and journaling, each day centered around a unique intention that carries through the rest of the day. In the evening, wind down with 75-minute sessions ranging from Yin and gentle Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga and Yin + Yoga Nidra.
-
Cacao Ceremony:
A sacred practice that involves drinking ceremonial-grade cacao (raw, unrefined chocolate) in a mindful, spiritual setting. With roots in Mayan and Aztec traditions from Central and South America, these ceremonies are designed to open the heart, enhance spiritual awareness, and support emotional well-being. We have two local guides come and lead us through this ceremony!
Sound Healing:
A holistic method that uses the power of sound frequencies and vibrations to promote wellness on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. It incorporates different techniques and instruments to help restore equilibrium and harmony within the individual. This practice often includes meditative experiences where sound is used to induce relaxation, enhance mental focus, and create a peaceful state of being. Our guides pair this ceremony with the cacao ceremony!
-
This immersive workshop guides participants in creating vision boards to clearly visualize and achieve their personal goals. We integrate deep meditation, goal-setting, and creative expression, all accompanied by calming music. Connect with new friends as you artistically shape and manifest your dreams.
-
In this Baja Malas workshop, we’ll delve into the traditional significance of Japa malas, set personal intentions, and create a custom 108-bead mala necklace with semi-precious stones inspired by Baja. Hand-knotting each bead becomes a meditative act, embedding your energy into the mala. You’ll leave with a personalized prayer necklace that embodies your intentions, and it’s an excellent gift option for someone meaningful in your life.

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! We will take our group shuttles from Todos Santos to La Paz, where we’ll set sail to Los Islotes. In February, several types of whales migrate to the Baja California area, so you will be sure to see some along the way! Dive into the crystal-clear waters for snorkeling and swimming, and enjoy playful encounters with the sea lion colony. We’ll wrap up this incredible journey with a picnic lunch on the pristine shores of Isla Espiritu Santo.
-
Mikaela will lead a 45-minute afternoon Pilates class (with resistance bands) designed to activate deep muscle groups, synchronize movement with breath, and energize the entire body!
-
Goodies:
You’ll receive an Evolve journal and pen along with a welcome swag bag! Yoga mats and Pilates props will be available for your use during our retreat.
Explore:
During your free time, feel free to explore the nearby town, just a 5-minute cab ride away, where you can shop and check out local artisans. Take a stroll along the stunning beaches (you can swim at Cerritos beach).
Recharge:
Tribu offers amenities like an infinity pool, large outdoor patio, and bamboo yoga shala, all available for you to enjoy during your downtime!

We’ve got your transportation covered! Once you arrive at San Jose Del Cabo airport, we’ll take care of your shuttle to the retreat space (Tribu) in Todos Santos. We recommend booking a flight that lands before 1:00pm, but if the earliest available flight brings you in around 3:00pm—like it did for our Vancouver guests last year—don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’ll have two spacious shuttles, each fitting 10 people, and will coordinate departure times based on the arrival schedules of all guests.
Mikaela will set up a WhatsApp group two months before the retreat, offering guidance on flights and coordinating travel plans.

YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES:

The temazcal is a dome-shaped structure made from materials like stone, adobe, and/or wood. It’s designed to represent the womb of Mother Earth, symbolizing rebirth and purification.
The local shaman heats the space with volcanic stones and herbal steam, guiding us through setting intentions, chanting, and prayer to purify the body and mind with the elements of the earth.
Cost: $40-$50 USD per person depending on group size.
-
Massage + spa appointments will be available during downtime on a first-come, first-served basis. Your experience takes place in a beautiful bamboo structure, where the soothing ocean breeze drifts through, carrying the calming sounds of the waves and the scent of the sea, creating a peaceful and immersive experience that allows you to fully unwind and connect with nature.
-
Your travel to San Jose Del Cabo (SJD airport) is not included in the retreat price. To assist with any travel-related questions, Mikaela will set up a WhatsApp group two months before the retreat, offering guidance on flights and coordinating travel plans.

Expect hot, sun-soaked days in Todos Santos, with refreshingly cool mornings and evenings. Packing layers will be key! Think long sleeves, t-shirts, tank tops, cozy hoodies, and activewear that’s comfortable for both movement and working up a sweat. Don’t forget your swimsuit, sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes and sandals for those more relaxed moments.
A small backpack and water bottle is good to have for offsite adventures.

If the standard payment option of a non-refundable deposit followed by a later balance payment doesn’t suit your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact Mikaela directly. She would be happy to discuss the possibility of setting up a customized payment plan that better aligns with your preferences.
