Todos Santos is a small, picturesque town located on the Pacific side of the Baja California Peninsula, where the Sierra de Laguna mountains meet the desert and the ocean. This magical town in Mexico has a spiritual soul and an energy that breathes into those who visit.
What to expect:
An experience that draws you inward. Evolve Retreats was created with the intention of bringing people together offering opportunity of self reflection, a deeper sense of community and friendship. We choose locations that inspire, nourish and support you on your journey back home to yourself! Through the practice of yoga, meditation, journalling and workshops we provide a safe space for you to explore both who you are and who you have yet to become.
Your experience includes:
5 Days / 4 nights at Tribu, Todos Santos - Relax by the infinity pool, practice yoga in the studio, nap in a hammock, fire-pit with new friends, dinner under the stars, ceremony in the temazcal sweat lodge, walk along the beach, and more. Tribu Todos Santos accommodations are a match for every taste. Stay in one of the luxury suites with unsurpassed coastal views, or opt for an authentic Adobe Cone Lodge offering a sleek and modern interior complete with all the comfort and amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
3 Nourishing meals / day - Our private chef is a talented local caterer and has designed menu offerings inspired by the local culture. Chef uses fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients. Every dish displays unique creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others. Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian are available on request.
4 Morning Yoga / Pilates Practices - Mikaela leads a 1.5 hour morning practice consisting of a Vinyasa class (flow) or a Pilates Flow, guided journalling and meditation. She calls this a “Magic Morning” as every morning holds a specific intention which is weaved throughout and integrated into the remainder of the day.
4 Evening Yoga Practices - Mikaela offers a variety of 75 min. evening practices (Yin/Vinyasa : deep stretch paired with a slow & sweet flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin + Yoga Nidra).
Group Activities - Sound healing, visit the town of Todos Santos (Mexican tradition, artistry and culture come alive in the galleries, boutiques and diverse range of restaurants and cafes), explore Cerritos Beach, Guided cliff hike at Punta Lobos.
On Site & Additional Offerings - Infinity Pool and Outdoor Patio with Hammocks. Yoga Studio equipped with yogamats, blankets, blocks, straps, etc., Holistic Spa – full service, ocean view (additional charge). Boutique – La Tiendita features an eclectic collection of products from local and regional Mexican artists. Temazcal - A type of sweatlodge used for a spiritual ceremony available on site with a trained leader for groups up to seven (additional charge.) Mountain Bikes – four on site. Umbrellas for the beach (5-10 minute walk away) no swimming due to precarious surf swell.
Airport shuttle - Our private shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at the airport (San Jose del Cabo, SJD).
Journal + Pen - Mikaela provides you with an Evolve Retreat Journal + pen, and a surprise welcome gift!
Amenities - Wifi, air conditioned, in room body wash, shampoo and conditioner, shower towels and beach towels.
OPTIONAL DAY ADD ON (minimum 5 people required): Espiritu Santo Island Excursion. Transportation included, shaded boat, snacks and lunch, shaded camp at the beach, snorkel gear, wetsuits, park fee entry and beverages included. This is a full day adventure (8-9 hours)! Approximately $250 USD per person. Accommodation for this additional night (+$$) will be organized by Mikaela and her retreat assistant. Details to be finalized when group size is determined. Please note: We suggest that you fly into SJD airport anytime before 1:00pm. Check in is at 3:00pm, but your group shuttle will leave the SJD airport around 1:00pm. Check out is 11am. A ‘whats app’ group is created 2 months before the retreat to help with communication during travel day and to share memories/stay connected after the retreat!
