Golf + Wellness Retreat For Women

Bowen Island, British Columbia

July 22-24, 2026

Welcome to a retreat where mindfulness meets the fairway. Dr. Rashmeen Nirmal and Mikaela Millington invite you into a unique experience where yoga and golf come together through their shared foundations of focus, presence, and embodied awareness. Throughout the retreat, you will explore both practices as opportunities to slow down, connect with your breath, and cultivate greater ease, balance, and awareness in both body and mind.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided practices, open exploration, and time for reflection so the experience feels both purposeful and spacious. Each element of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to support learning, integration, and inspiration!

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is an important part of the experience. Through shared practices, conversations, and time together on the course, guests often discover that learning becomes profound through shared experience and community support.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by Dr. Rashmeen Nirmal of GOLF PHD and Mikaela Millington of Evolve Yoga Retreats, this retreat combines expertise in sport psychology, golf performance, and mindful yoga practices. Guests are invited to explore the physical and mental dimensions of their golf game with curiosity, as well as discovering how yoga can enhance both their game and their overall well-being.

❋ A Supportive Space

Comfort, respect, and inclusivity are at the heart of this retreat experience. Guests are invited to show up as they are, move at their own pace, and engage with the practices in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.

We come to care for ourselves, lean into growth, and make sure to have a lot of fun while we do it!

  • This trip exceeded all of my expectations. Mikaela created an atmosphere of trust, openness, and lightheartedness. Everyone was able to fully relax while fully immersing themselves in the practice and experiencing it in the right way for them. I would 100% come again and recommend to anyone interested in finding a retreat with all the good vibes.

  • Mik is a magical human! Her ability to unify a group of strangers, through both movement and intentional conversation, feels effortless and uniquely hers. Being in her presence is equal parts calm & invigorating! She leads every movement class, journal reflection and excursion with a high standard of attention to detail. It was an honour to share this time with her and the other retreat participants.

  • This was my second retreat experience with Mikaela. I was curious to see if it would be quite similar to the last one. So pleased to find that other than the basic structure, everything felt new and well thought out. Loved the yoga/pilates, lots to challenge myself and learn from. Lovely space, warm and welcoming with lots of amenities, and the extracurricular trips were spectacular! I know the people make the retreat, but Mik has a way of bringing out the possibilities for everyone! Enjoyed every second… and the food was spectacular too!
