Thank you for being here.

Movement has always been my outlet and my sense of freedom. My dedicated practice of yoga, both on and off the mat, has been life-altering and continues to evolve. It equips me with the tools to delve into the essence of my being and envision the person I aspire to become. It has provided solace amidst grief, served as a source of empowerment, and instilled a profound sense of self-appreciation. Through yoga, I have discovered the importance of embracing myself and fostering resilience. It has also strengthened my connections with others, underscoring the significance of community.

Yoga is my anchor, my sense of home,

and I feel called to share it with you.



My childhood was immersed in the world of gymnastics and cheerleading, until I stumbled upon the practice of yoga during my first year of university while pursuing studies in speech and language sciences. I made yoga a consistent part of my life and started volunteering at the local yoga studio. My love for yoga was growing, and my ultimate desire was to teach and share this powerful practice with the world. After two years of working in my field post-graduation, I made the daring decision to leave my job and enroll in a teacher training program in Costa Rica. Looking back, I have no doubt that it was the right choice for me. Was it an easy decision to make back then? Not really. I was young and had invested six years in university education, but my inner calling to pursue a career in yoga was undeniable. So, I followed my heart.

I graduated with 250hrs of training. I have an extra 100hrs in Yin Yoga and Myofascial release. I have been teaching for a decade now, and have taught at multiple studios in Vancouver, BC (Yyoga, Semperviva, Jaybird, and Lagree West - megaformer/ pilates inspired) as well as here, online! I lead corporate yoga/mindfulness events and I am the founder of EVOLVE Retreats.

The practice of yoga grants me the opportunity to connect deeply with myself, using movement as a conduit to express and process my innermost thoughts and feelings. Through yoga, I cultivate the virtues of surrender, celebration, acceptance, bravery, patience, peace and confidence, empowering me to live authentically.

My goal is to provide a sanctuary where you can delve into your personal journey and develop a practice that is uniquely yours.

A practice that extends beyond the mat and enhances every facet of your life.
